Our story

Twenty years of believing people can change the world

Five Q was founded in 2004 by Chad Williams with a simple conviction: the organizations doing the most good deserve technology as serious as their mission.

Since then we've grown into a mostly distributed team across four time zones, anchored by our headquarters in Atlantic, Iowa. We stayed in the Midwest on purpose. A family-first culture, national talent, and deep roots in a community that keeps us honest about what matters. It turns out those make for very good client relationships, too.

Today our work spans strategy, the Ministry Impact Platform, Journity personalization, Google Ad Grant management, Five Q Compass, and Launch AI. The tools change. The purpose hasn't.
